Decorative Moss

An unusual spore-bearing plant that creates a soft, velvety carpet where it is too dark or damp for other plants.

Main features:

• Appearance: A low, dense layer of tiny stems and leaves, resembling a green cushion. The colour varies from a delicate light green to a deep emerald.
• Flowering: It does not flower in the classic sense, but sends up thin stalks with spore capsules, which gives it a special texture.
• Dimensions: Height from 1 cm to 5 cm. It spreads in width, gradually claiming free surfaces (stones, bark, soil).
• Evergreen nature: Most species retain their colour even under snow and are the first to revive after the thaw.
