Returns and exchanges of healthy plants are not available - instead, we fully guarantee the quality of the plant at the moment of collection.

Quality Guarantee

Please inspect the plant at the Nova Post branch right when you collect it - that is when our quality guarantee applies.

If anything is wrong with your plant upon collection - we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

Photograph the plant and packaging immediately upon collection.

Within 24 hours of collection, message us on Instagram or TikTok with your photos and order number.

We will review your claim within 1-2 business days and offer a replacement or a refund.
