Delivery
We ship plants via Nova Post across Ukraine - to a branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery to your address.
Orders confirmed before 8 PM are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday). Nova Post delivery typically takes 1-2 days.
Shipping cost is charged at Nova Post rates and is paid by the recipient upon collection. The cost depends on the plant size and the destination city.
Every plant is carefully packed by hand: we protect the root system from drying out and secure the plant inside the box so it reaches you undamaged.
Payment
Cash on Delivery
You pay for the order at the Nova Post branch upon collection (cash on delivery). The transfer fee is charged by Nova Post at their rates.
Online Payment
After placing your order, our manager will call you to confirm plant availability and send a secure card payment link.
