Appearance and features

• Needle colour: The cultivar's main highlight. The needles have golden-yellow, green and silvery-blue shades all at once (the underside of the needles is glaucous). In the sun it literally glows.
• Crown: It naturally grows as a dense, compact globe or broad pyramid. On a standard it looks like a neat 'lollipop' on a stick.
• Dimensions: Since the standard is 50 cm tall, the tree will no longer grow upwards (the trunk only thickens). Only the crown itself will expand, adding just 3–5 cm per year.
