Singleseed Juniper 'Meyeri'

One of the most popular silvery-blue cultivars, with a picturesque, fountain-like crown.

• Appearance: A tall shrub with obliquely raised branches and slightly drooping shoot tips. Height — 2.5–3 m, width — up to 2 m. It grows moderately fast.
• Needles: Needle-like, dense, stiff. They have a very striking steel-blue or silvery-blue tint, which shows most intensely in the sun.
• Conditions: Needs full sun (in shade it turns green and loses density). It is undemanding as to soil, drought-tolerant, and tolerates urban conditions well. It does not tolerate waterlogging.
• Care: Fully frost-hardy. It tolerates trimming and shaping excellently, which allows the bush to be kept at the required size and stimulates the density of the crown.
