Mint 'Hillary's Sweet Lemon' (Hillary's Sweet Lemon) — a unique and rare interspecific mint hybrid.

Key characteristics of the cultivar

• Aroma and flavour: Has a strong yet surprisingly mild and sweet aroma of fresh lemon with a delicate menthol undertone. Unlike ordinary peppermint, it has no sharp pungency, and its flavour is refreshing and fruity.
• Appearance: The plant forms very tidy, spreading bushes. The leaves are greyish-green, slightly pubescent (velvety to the touch), rounded or egg-shaped with fine teeth along the edges. The stems are sturdy, light green, sometimes with a slight anthocyanin (dark) tint.
• Habit: A medium-sized bush, 40–60 cm tall, spreading moderately in width.
• Flowering: In the second half of summer (July–September) it blooms with numerous small flowers of a light violet or lavender shade, gathered into spike-like inflorescences.
