Appearance

• Crown shape: Regular, broadly pyramidal or conical. When young it may be somewhat asymmetrical, but over time it becomes dense and harmonious.
• Needles: The main feature of the cultivar. They are short and soft, with a golden-yellow or lemon tint on top and two bright white stripes underneath, which creates a silvery effect.
• Cones: Very decorative, 5–7 cm long. They appear even on young trees (1–1.2 m tall). They are violet-blue or purple and point straight upwards, like candles.
